By accessing our website, submitting a partnership application, or interacting with a WeCare Node, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. B2B Partnerships and Machine Placement

Applying for the WeCare Pilot Program through our website does not guarantee acceptance. The actual deployment, installation, and operation of WeCare Nodes at a partner facility are governed entirely by a separate, legally binding "Agreement for Free Placement of Vending Machines" signed between We Care Georgia LLC and the respective Facility Partner. Website terms do not supersede physical contracts regarding liability or property damage.

3. Machine Purchases (B2C)

Products dispensed from WeCare Nodes are personal hygiene and care items. For health and safety reasons, all sales made at a WeCare Node are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for dispensed products unless the product is proven to be defective at the time of dispense.

4. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of We Care Georgia LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Georgian law, We Care Georgia LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or services. Our physical machines are operated under "As-Is" conditions, though we strive for 24/7 reliability through our telemetry systems.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall be resolved through mutual negotiation. If a settlement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tbilisi City Court.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
